My new years resolution this year is to eat healthier so I'm trying out some new recipes. Here's a great muffin recipe I found on Linda's Low Carb website. They definitely need some butter (I used light butter) to spead on top but over all not bad for my first attempt at using flaxmeal.
Per Serving: 130 Calories; 12g Fat; 3g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 1g Net Carb
