If you're curious like me then you'll love this site I came across Craftcount. It has all of those answers and more! It also breaks down the top sellers by category or country.
I would love to one day be ON this list! But for now I'll just use this site to peep on the ones that actually are.

Wow, those shops blow me away. I am amazed at how many sale some shops make. I'm still working on it and haven't figured out how they do it!!
